Illustrator CS3 I/O Error

Hi folks! I hope you have found yourself looking at an error while trying to save an illustrator file that says I/O Error. I believe that is just because you don't have much space left on your hard drive to save the file to that specification location. I was quite frustrated for what type of error is this and never thought of the fact that it could be my issue than of illustrator's. Although I would appreciate if they could have just said "You don't have much space to save this file" or something like that instead of "I/O Error".

Well no, I have 155 GB left and the error ist still there when saving to my hard drive. Works when I change to the desktop, though... Strange

Ok, I found the issue: When a spotlight search window ist open (with the same file being searched that you are working on) the error occurs. Just close the search window, wait 10 secs and the error is gone.
